  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, you must provide clear photo documentation, including:

  • The outer packaging (from all sides)

  • The inner packaging

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The label

These photos are required in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Without complete photo documentation, we are unable to offer any compensation, replacement, or refund.
